Consequently, physical pain and illness often becomes the body's final attempt to draw our attention to unresolved issues hidden within the subconscious.
When we choose to ignore, suppress or bypass trigger events, this information is held within the subconscious mind; waiting to be acknowledged and released.
The physical body feels this and begins to send messages to resolve it through pain.
For each year these signals are ignored, the more they compound leading to disease and illness. The older you are, the more information your body is likely to be holding onto.

While hypnosis allows for a deep exploration of these hidden layers, it is not essential to be in a trance to access information held within.
Instead, this can happen consciously by interpreting your pain symptoms or illness and translating their philosophical and spiritual aspects.
